theres a secret lure under the trees on lake 1 at the top of the map. also if you tell the guide to gently caress off he gives you 4 more lures

i thought the tourney ended at 5 but it was 430. a pound a minute is harsh. fishing stuff has never been my thing but i find this game melts time away, enjoying it.

When their bar turn yellow there doesn't seem to be any danger of snapping as long as you aren't trying to reel in and pull at the same time.

When the fish sticks its head out of the water, I stop reeling and press down to pull the rod all the way back, then let go until the rod is all the way forward again. Then repeat that. When the fish jumps, I stop reeling. That’s when sometimes the line just suddenly breaks for me. If the fish is underwater and the line is about to break, I stop reeling and hold up until the fish swims away a bit. Eventually the big fish tire out and you can slowly reel it in.
