Well obviously the new toy is using mass shifting like I said.  Actually the real answer seems to be the 3.5" measurement was way off and the new tape guys are only slightly taller than the last ones.  Also the developer confirmed this Rumble still doesn't have elbows, which is really disappointing. I hope a 3rd-party company makes new arms. 3.5'' is the general scale of Core class, but that Spike thing was sold in a Core class package with Bumblebee. The Micromasters were about the same cost as a Core class figure and I guess Rumble's accessories are replacing the other figure in the pack for plastic budget. I guess I'll grumble ever so slightly as I hand over my cash like I always do anyway?

That's really what you want for cool action poses regardless of what you call him. SS Enemy when, Hasbro? Anyway that guy is 3.5 inches if you put his pile drivers on his head.

The two issues where the Protectobots go back to the Lost Light, which fills in most of the details for Getaway's coup, were a highlight if a bit deus ex machina to steal a phrase
