Found this excellent SD prompt and messed around with it, I think its output is insanely good.

Replace subject and add attributes like muscular, athletic, obese as needed.

Obese (with everything else unchanged) gave me a fully nude output though. Weird.

You just need to train an AI to specialise in faces and hands and have it come in after the first one finishes.

Sometimes it's surprising what it does though. If you type in Rusty Venture you'd think it has no idea who that is. But in img2img if you put Rusty Venture on a 0.7-0.8 denoise you get science labs and venture bros themes being introduced. It has no idea what to do with that on a blank canvas though.

Is there a repository of models for use in Stable Diffusion?

I saw someone posted an anime related one but was hoping there would be models the specialized in other mediums.

Not yet, they cost a lot of money, or need very big fancy computers, and require a lot of time. You'll soon be getting fine tunes from textual inversion though, but from what I've been monitoring, you're going to get waifus, and / or porn before anything else, those are the fore fronts right now.

Training supplemental hyper-focused like training on 20-50 images well picked is apparently enough. You would still need the primary weights loaded along side but these are things that should exist in the next few years.

I read about that. Planning on gearing up the necessary requirements to handle this myself but was curious if there is even a repository for textual inversion files.

Prompt:
I met a traveller from an antique land, Who said—“Two vast and trunkless legs of stone Stand in the desert. . . . Near them, on the sand, Half sunk a shattered visage lies, whose frown, And wrinkled lip, and sneer of cold command, Tell that its sculptor well those passions read Which yet survive, stamped on these lifeless things, The hand that mocked them, and the heart that fed; And on the pedestal, these words appear: My name is Ozymandias, King of Kings; Look on my Works, ye Mighty, and despair! Nothing beside remains. Round the decay Of that colossal Wreck, boundless and bare The lone and level sands stretch far away.
