So hello friends. How about that PPV? ~ What Hook does Hook does so drat well. I'd like to see him go over 10 minutes some day. Or over 5 minutes. He's so popular the have to protect him. But he'll never improve if this is his career trajectory. ~ It's time for OC to beat PAC and strap up. It's also time to get the drat Death Triangle/Best Friends feud we were denied because of COVID. ~ Despite being mildly aggrieved that despite building the best tag division in the history of anything Tony has put the titles on ersatz teams that exist only to break up like 1998 WWE SioG is goddamn amazing. Like I'm still not 100% if the Acclaimed have arrived or if SioG just made it look that way like how The Bucks have 4* matches with everybody. Even though I'd like to get the ball rolling on the whole 'hey FTR are more over than Sonic the Hedgehog at a furry convention so maybe it's time to strap them back up' that will mean SioG will break up, which makes me sad. ~ So now what for the Acclaimed? Assuming you want to set them up for an actual run at the titles who are you throwing under the Acclaimed bus? LFI? HoB? MCMG? ~ I love that Luchasaurus had an even more evil mask in reserve for tonight. ~ Britt Baker did nothing wrong. She even cut her first interesting promo since she became champ. ~ A face should actually call out the refs for their apocalyptic (in kayfabe) shittiness. I know blaming anybody but yourself for your failings is not what a face does but at some point isn't somebody calling out a dumbfuck moron for loving them over relatable as hell? ~ Hangman was so shook after losing the title he's barely wrestled since. Now he gets to blame himself for not successfully carrying his friends to a title. But that's ok I'm sure noted good friend who never makes situations worse Alex Reynolds will be there for him. ~ If anybody in AEW should beat Wardlow for the TNT title it should be evil Luchasaurus.

Pretty sure even the biggest CM Punk fan knows he's a huge prick IRL who also sometimes does nice things for people. Not sure any future fallout from this is going to make anyone think Punk isn't a prickly guy even if it is a work

It's still odd to me that Hangman's line that set Punk off was so mild compared to stuff MJF and Kingston said in their promos. When it first was brought up as a source of conflict backstage nobody here even remembered it and had to dig up clips. That does support that Punk already had heat with the Hangman that made him much less forgiving of words that he let others get away with.
