They do the snap, the play setup, and the throw, but they don't continue through to the tackle and that this is the level of effort given during practice.

Time for Stub Hub, I guess. Also, I am appalled by that Georgia Tech clip. The coaches must be asleep at the switch. You don't need to be a 5* to run.

The cheapest season tickets at UH are $99 - $79 for the tickets and $20 "donation", while the most expensive (non-suite) are $1700 total, with $300 for the tickets and a $1400 donation. A&M's cheapest are $315+25, while the most expensive are $614+$4410. I'm guessing you're stuck with those because the cheaper tickets are already gone and there's probably a wait list for them

Minnesota has all season ticket prices "the same", but the quality of your seats is based on donation size. That's how it is for hockey at least, I think football did it the same way when we had those.

I’ve been debating going to the Bama/Vol game as it’s up this way this year but I’m not sure I can make it work unless I leave the Mrs. and baby at home. Would love to take my father-in-law to the game as he’s never been to one, but I doubt that will happen.

SAS CFB Fantasy Football League Since interest has been waning and people disappearing, I wanted to post weekly recaps/previews for our little fantasy league. Already got the ✅ from the mods to mix a little fantasy into the main aftermath thread, so hope y'all don't mind. Some background: This league has been going for over a decade (this is our 14th or 15th season, if I recall correctly), and has seats for 20 players, typically in 4 divisions. We have 15 playing this year, and with the odd number, we shoved everyone into a single goonpile. Since 2019, we've played 2 matchups a week to try to even out scheduling luck, while in 2020 we added all the Funbelt and Maction to our player roster to keep the player pool huge. We've kept those leagues around since going back to normal. We'll play a 3 round playoff starting in week 11 with 6 teams making it into the playoffs and the rest playing in some sort of consolation braket. Webbeh usually runs the league, but he's disappeared into having an adult family, so Taxes and I are currently weekend at bernie's'ing the corpse of the league. Still a whole lot of fun. Week 1 saw some rough matchups, with the #1 and #2 scorers facing off, the #6 scorer going 1-1 and the #7 going 0-2. Standout performances Cristo Balls and ACL tears (@Dilber) breaks 300 points and defeats Shough it off (@kayakyakr) and EMOTIONAL BLITZING (@LeeMajors) on the back of 99 points from Bryce Young. Shough it off (@kayakyakr) got 81 from UCLA QB Dorian Thompson-Robinson, scoring the 2nd highest of the week, but it was only good for a 1-1 record. TAXES has decided to no longer make us guess when we fear facing him in the schedule. He had the 3rd highest performance of the week with a standout 42 points from Bijan Robinson. TreVeyon my wayward son (@The Piper) got 83 from Tanner Modecai and 76 from the USC defense, but that wasn't enough to overcome either of their two opponents. Mike Sherman's Alouettes (@Mr. World) is the lowest scoring double winner this week, pulling 200 points out of Texas A&M. @Komet, sorry about your week. Think this week might be the most important one for Mizzou this season. They're at K-State in an old Big 8/12 rivalry match and if they pull off the upset, I think you gotta pencil them in as at minimum, able to go toe-to-toe with the Kentucky, South Carolina, and Florida (unless they are Back Baby) tier of the East and finish with at least 7 wins. If they stay competitive but lose by less than a score, they're probably a 6-6 team. If they lose badly, then it's probably a 4-5 win season.

fast cars loose anus posted:Yes when the ESPN headline is "Sark: Bama game may not 'define' Longhorns" you should be glad if it's a loss less than two touchdowns Here’s my assumptions: Bama beats texas by 17, but it’s by going up a whole bunch early and coasting in the second half because Saban likes Sark. Bama grinds A&M into paste by 35+ with no mercy because Jimbo pissed Saban off and he demands blood for the blood god. By then everyone has forgotten that Bama clearly let off the gas versus Texas and Texas is retroactively awarded a quality loss.

The defense is much improved in just about all facets, which is good.
