Last night I became a blitzball!

Actually had a really wicked time. I thouroughly enjoyed my first game of Blitzball and only lost 2-1 (It should have been 2-2 but the game ended while a shot is going through the water

so I am counting it hah).

I am really gelling with the way the combat list works which really helps me figure out the best time to do stuff and only making the occasional mistake.

I saw and understand the laugh scene and it was brilliant. Not sure why it is taken out of context so much as bad laughing when it is there for a pretty important reason but it had me laughing along with them.

Also managed to call a plot point an hour and a half before it happened which made me feel pretty good, even if my earlier plot point call out was slightly incorrect.

Because SIN transported me 1000 years into the future and looked like a circular black hole of water, I thought SIN was short for SINgularity. This I was wrong about.

The one I DID call was when Tidus was being shown around Luca and he asked why the town was so big and Yuna explained that this is the only place that does not get attacked by SIN and they had the blitzball court here. And it made me think the following:

The only big city - stays safe - Has a blitzball tournament - ten years ago Sir Jecht defeats SIN - The seven deadly sins include pride - Pride in ones Blitzball skills would be Jecht's SIN - Jecht being lost upon the last battle with sin = SIN is Jecht because his pride of Blitzball skills would mean he would not attack a town with the big blitzball arena in it!

I form word pathways incorrectly and then they seem to solidify and require a ton of thoughts and focus to get around. It is really tricky.

I played Kirby's Adventure for the first time shortly after Sakurai became a youtuber and it was v good, much better than I was expecting because I think I tried Dream Land 3 at one point and was not into it at all
