Air Force One is the playing at the president flies on. I'm guessing that Marine one is the helicopter the president is taking. What do they call a boat that the president is on? Is there a Boat Force One?

That just happens to be the name of any helo that the president is on. It's probably being flown by marines as well. I think any ship he's on is technically Navy One while he is onboard, as well.

It's just the flight callsign they use for aircraft that the president is riding on, depending on which service owns the aircraft. On an Air Force jet it's Air Force One, the presidential helicopter is flown by a USMC squadron so it's Marine One, the S-3 that took Bush out to the carrier was Navy One. Presumably if for some reason he were riding in an Army Blackhawk it would go by Army One. It's only used for aircraft, not other types of vehicles.

I mean remember that time those terrorists stole an underground train and used it to detonate gas in London and all over Europe and triggered a Russian invasion.

Secret Service won't sit still for it. The route is totally predictable and even they probably can't guard every bridge it would cross for the amount of time they'd need to keep people away from them. Plus the disruption to freight schedules over any distance would be insane.
