I came across two upcoming farming/life sims while looking for other things, bridge construction games in the first case https://store.steampowered.com/app/1961370/Blue_Oak_Bridge/ https://store.steampowered.com/app/1158160/Coral_Island/ I like the first one's 2D art better, because it blends with the scenery which looks hand-painted with care and it also has "a storybook world of powerful witches, ancient magic and royal secrets". The second one has better graphics, but the 2D art feels out-of-place, and it could've zoomed into the character model instead. Everyone looks too perfect, it's like the 3D models' faces in the trailer have more wrinkles than the 2D characters somehow. Everything I know about the most recent Nintendo Direct comes from the latest Dunkey video so I can only assume that's true. If only the PS5 would put out one farming sim, then people might stop making fun of it for having no games.

I'm worried it's going to be like the Halo Infinite which takes forever to get anything. I'm conflicted about the gameplay/design philosophy because on the one hand, watering down roles and abilities stink and takes away what made early OW 1 fun, but on the other hand, one of my biggest issues was that it eventually felt exhausting to play because it relied on team coordination in order to make any progress and unless you were playing with a pre-made, that wasn't going to happen. On the other other hand, TF2 was a lot of fun and that had highly specialized classes, so it's definitely possible to make it work, but I'm not sure if Blizzard would be able to do that.

I'm looking over at Gundam Evolution which kinda has a similar system to unit unlocks except with in-game currency instead of being on the season pass and I'm just hoping those numbers are good enough, just give us enough coins.

Like that one 3DS game they did but for all possible platforms and a bunch more characters. Really what I'm getting at here is that it is a shame Salazar has never gotten to show up in Mercenaries and what would the meta look like in a Mercenaries game with a versus mode. that has BOTH Dimitrescu and Salazar on the same map. it has been 6 years since AA6 released (and TGAA was a release of 7 and 5 yo games), and the director of AA6 left capcom in 2020. i do not have much hope at this point it's one thing if it's like, mario going 5 years between releases, because we know Nintendo cares about Mario obviously. but ace attorney is not on the level of street fighter or resident evil to capcom so I just don't know that it matters to them if the series continues or not The 7th Guest fucked around with this message at 16:02 on Sep 15, 2022 |

If there’s going to be another AA game it would probably only have been put into production some time after the success of GAA chronicles, so it’s not that surprising they don’t have anything to show yet even if they do have plans.
