Well Julio will be good for this game again the Packers and then when he inevitably gets mildly hurt again during it it’ll be fine to hold him out the next couple games because Evans then Godwin will be back. It’s all an expertly constructed shell game.

He did have a lingering issue from some broken ribs in the second half of the season, his production before that was better. He still ended up behind only Diggs in getting first downs. He's not going to turn short throws in to massive gains but if he's back to bring healthy, I expect he will help ground out sustained drives. Just ignore his twitter...
