 as someone who lives in southeast texas, fall is by far the least noticeable season. it's just... it's still hot. it doesn't feel any different than summer. im pretty sure we'll just straight up lose any semblance of winter at all in the coming years, barring freak freezes.

however if i go into the nearby Cracker Barrel they have already been selling christmas decorations for at least a month.
