Fan of pickles at all? I hate to be the bearer of bad news but when you look at my posting you are merely looking at a future you who has come to terms with the truth of what I am preaching.

I like mustard BBQ too, mustards in general are just great. Vinegars are supreme tho, only ones you can find that are actually spicy without being some tourist trap extract sauce

I like vinegar and mustard sauces just not on bbq. I grew up on molasses/tomato based sauces, vinegar/mustard sauces just seem weird. if I'm having a platter of whatever bbq I'll use some mustard sauce every now and then to shake things up but on sandwiches bleh

When I moved out of Eastern NC I was surprised to learn how it was basically impossible to get the Eastern NC style BBQ outside of the region. I had taken it for granted my whole life.
