I looked up Neom on YouTube to find out if it's same as The Line, yes it's just a rebrand of THE LINE and some how the premise just got stupider. It's not just a line city that run across the entire country, but it's mirror building now. I don't want to spend any thought on it, none of the ppt pretender look like it has put in any actual engineering or architecture effort behind them. It's just stupid video game cut scene prerender. No youtuber even bother to make a video about the outdoor snow ski area because it just sound too much of a scam. Like Star Citizen plus hyperloop times 1000

In the long term this is good. Bengaldesh is already building Russian nuclear plant. Soon they will sign up for more Chinese NPP. At the mean time, Europe is buying more and more expensive LNG from the US, I which make it too expensive to operate energy intensive heavy industry in Germany, which will accerlate the great deindustrization of the European Union.

The truth of the matter is, even if the Europeans had a magic wand with which to solve all their energy issues, they would STILL be obliged to gently caress with the energy supply going to the Global South to prevent them from accessing energy as cheaply as Europe used to have it, because that's how you keep the Global South down and compliant.
