Rarity posted:I'm still having fun with Nuts and Bolts but one thing I've noticed is that its only really the hub world which is scratching that exploration itch. It's filled with paths to go down and new areas to find once you have new skills but the actual game worlds themselves are really sparse. You're mostly just going in, following the map to the jiggy challenge, completing it and getting out. It feels a bit shallow. banjoland made me really sad because they installed/imprisoned Clanker directly into the floor and he can't move

I never got the dlc for the first mario + rabbids. I should do that some time. Base game was pretty great. Wouldn't mind seeing 2 get a dlc campaign about wario & waluigi and their rabbid versions.

Also like wasn't the point of cloud gaming that you didn't need a special computer to do it? Like, as long as your internet connection is good. If you're going to get specialized hardware, just go all the way and get a gaming computer.

the idea of proximity chat in games is cool... i don't think it has ever been as effectively utilized as it was in splinter cell: pandora tomorrow spies versus mercs though, where spies could listen into merc comms if they were close enough or had a surveillance bug. or when you grabbed a merc you could hijack their voice channel so my friend would always taunt the other merc telling them "you're next" right before he snapped their partner's neck
