Youngster Tristan, one of the first trainers you fight in the game shows up Ryuki also shows up from time to time, and in USM runs a Kantonian Gym based off of Surge's Poke Kids are currently only Sinnoh/Galar natives

It would be a deep disappointment if fashion was so limited after last gen's fashion was so robust. I had a lot of fun making trainer cards! It's hard to say though. Game comes out next month and they've been way more tight lipped about it than they have in past gens as far as I remember. Like by now we should know what the starters' evolutions look like and be aware of more than like 10 new Pokemon, at the least. But instead we keep getting teased by short trailers.
