Also a short lived attempt as a nightclub in the suburbs for underage kids. But they deliver until 4am and they used to deliver beer/kegs too and didn't ID us when we were underage in college. The locations have moved around over the years forming as new business entities every time Ying gets shut down for money laundering, failed health inspections, failing to ID minors, shootings, etc. Didn’t know this backstory lol

No. He passed the concussion tests when he was pulled from the game and has passed all subsequent tests. He's in the concussion protocol because that now automatically happens when you're pulled by the spotter, and it takes a while to get through the concussion protocol, even if you don't have symptoms. Miami just isn't making a big deal about it for obvious reasons.

Earnest question: then why is it newsworthy that he's still in concussion protocol? If he's stuck in the protocol for a fixed period time regardless of symptoms, then why even report that he's still in it? Like I don't expect a Bills beat reporter to tell me that Jamison Crowder is still on IR every day until he's removed.

Barry Jackson is trying to draw attention to the situation because he thinks the new protocol is fraught with possible issues. He asks McDaniel stuff about it in every presser and has written a couple of articles on the topic.

Better safe than sorry though so it is what it is, sit it out.
