I like to mix an egg and sriracha into my ramen. Maybe a few slices of chorizo. I will eat spoonfuls of this on top of hot buttered toast. I make no apologies.

Years ago I read an article in a magazine about the guilty pleasures of famous chefs. There were things like canned marrowfat peas with lots of malt vinegar and wine gums. One that really stuck out to me was Pot Noodles and Frazzles. I just did a quick google search and found these on facebook: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BLrl9j8A5qU Yeah, that's ketchup. But, if you are in an area that puts it on a Weck instead of a Semmel, then you aren't legally allowed it to label it as Leberkäse. And I expect it to taste less good.
