I'm not that guy but "custom" proxies sounds like they want ones that have art he picks, not actual cards that would be mistaken for real ones. Comedy option: after 30th anniversary launches we can no longer link WOTC's site by those rules

The mods don't want to be in the position of vetting every card printing site to make sure they don't allow you to print counterfeit lookalikes. Thus, no card printing sites at all.

I read on Rosewater’s Blog yesterday that they explored some IP for UB products that they couldn’t make work. We’ll never know what, but I’m super curious what they bounced off of if we’re getting a set of Dr. Who commander decks lol.
