I think I recognize that bridge, it is one of the few places basejumping from a bridge is legally permitted and also they do not have that information posted at the scenic lookout points across the canyon where you can see someone jumping off a bridge

I believe that’s the New River Gorge bridge in West Virginia. They have one day a year where jumping/parachuting/etc is allowed, it’s called “Bridge Day”.
