Russ is so infuriating because of how fake he is. Brady is a hyper-competitive football nutjob, Rodgers is a bitter wannabe hippie, but at least they embrace how lovely they are. Russ tries way too hard to be likable, and that's what makes him so unlikable. He was fine when he could make some baller-rear end plays, but now that he sucks at football, he has nothing to offer to society as a human being. His persona is so manufactured that there's nothing to like, because there's nothing there at all. Russell Wilson isn't a human being, he is an empty vessel filled with marketing cliches and football prowess.
