At most I'll do a little off-white dash for eyes. Usually I just let the wash I used on the face darken the eyes to look good enough.

I cheated on my eldar corsairs because I made them with glowing eyes like high fantasy elves. I say it's because I think that looks cool, but really it's because that method is so much easier than realistic eyes. You just paint the whole thing a bright color then mix ice yellow into the color and do a little layered dash/circle in the middle following marco's eye guide (which you should all watch)

My method of hitting the eyes with white / ivory and then dotting them with a micron pen is working well. Sometimes they come out a bit  Also because I am right handed and come at the eyes at a bit of angle everyone tends to be looking to the right.
