nobody ever lost a race because they were too large

except fetterman i guess

no one in history is comparable to the Rock, even Fetterman would look normal sized standing next to him. the man would dwarf Taft, he's half a foot taller and probably 50lbs heavier (all muscle ofc). The Rock wouldn't have been able to get into that bathtub in the first place. the man is so loving broad. not even George Washington could survive a People's Elbow

I looked to see if it was one of those "people in the past thought a guy wearing an XL shirt was a circus freak" but yeah President Taft was 6'0" and at different points in his term and from different sources, quoted as 330-350, which is still pretty sizable. Here's a picture of him in casual clothes:

Later in life, when he was a supreme court justice and his size and health kinda got away from him (reportedly over 400 at points) he became a Law Orb

Based on height alone, the Rock has a 69% chance to win if look at the last 100 years of elections, unless his opponent is somehow taller. Combine that with his 100% chance of winning as a racial minority candidate from a major party, and he has a 169% chance of winning in 2032. The numbers don't lie, and they spell disaster for America.

It was a space wizard that blew him away, not a regular guy with a gun. Looking back I kinda admire the prequels for how much they leaned into the fantasy elements. Space wizard fights an evil robot octopus. Sure why not?

The prequels would have been a lot more fun if they'd ditched any ties to 'realism' at all and just gone gonzo with space wizardry and pushed the politics further into the background. King space wizard fights a muppet space wizard in the middle of the senate floor and actually throws senate seats at him in an unsubtle metaphor: fun; thirty minutes of expository laden scenes in the actual space senate: boring poo poo.

For Jumanji 2, where he was at least comparable to his current size, I found an article where he said he "trimmed down" to 290 to do the movie. So maybe he walks around in the 300s?
