I started browsing Twitter regularly in 2021 and I will miss it as a place where you can find out if someone had the same thought as you on twitter in the last decade

i'm beginning to think the user experience of twitter can be drastically improved for any user by deleting your account. if the forums installed a supreme marshal to rule the united states and they blocked twitter via force of arms, would that be a bad thing? if jeffrey of YOSPOS instituted a rule forbidding all links to twitter and banned any goon who did it, would the forums be a worse place?

Briefly considered buying a robotvacuum today. I should have realized it was delisted - I was overcome by the mental image of the stock price plunging into the abyss and didn't think it through. it's only tangentially related but i was wondering how these social media sites are still seen as valuable since i assumed 80% of people must be using adblockers by now which should zap their revenue but apparently it's only between like 30%-40% and has even dropped a bit in recent years. weird.
