I hadn't seen this story before, a shareholder of Tesla is taking Musk and the company to court this month because Musk's insane ~$50 billion pay package as CEO of Tesla doesn't actually require him to spend any time running the company. The trial starts next week, so it's a perfect time for Musk to be publicly wasting all his time posting on Twitter.
