People were talking about it a few pages ago iirc, but I just unlocked the faith confidant and it's extremely funny how Sae effectively says "people reported that you guys move well. Someone must've been teaching you sick gymnastics moves..." Also she starts that by saying that she'd received reports of that phantom thieves agility, but as far as I know in the base game she'd have no way to know that. I assume it must be because iirc Akechi becomes an actual party member in Royal and he's feeding her that?

I dunno what happened but my fusion alarmed Baphomet I created earlier today is gone. My kid must have picked up my switch to play and I must not have saved before going to work. That’s a shame because it got ice boost and Amp with bufudyne and by chance it upgraded my endure to enduring soul so I’m a bit sad on that because that was an early get for enduring soul I could pass on to others. may have to try recreating that accident but the rerolls are always crap shoots.

Like yeah okay "hey we found some ridiculously detailed model guns and weapons on your person, where did you get them" is a fair enough question, but most of them are on the level of "wow you guys were so strategic, you must have had somebody teaching you shogi! Give me a name!!!"

I like the framing device of the flash forwards and how it feels like a big deal when you get a new confidant, but yeah the way they handled Sae's commentary was silly at best for a lot of them.

Strikers soundtrack is truly outstanding. I have it on my works countdown music (end of the night wrap up) and even some of my older employees love it. One of them even asked about Rivers in a Dessert and was shocked when I told them it was from a game. Also got my Baphomet back and like this build for comedy sake (icey hot goat) Agidyne Bufudyne Ziodyne Freeze boost Burn boost Ice Boost Ice Amp Enduring Soul Equipped skill Diamond Dust Trait- thermal Conduct (increase burn on baton pass) I may try to remove ziodyne since one of my new personas has repel bless and may try sacrificing it to it to pass that along to replace it. I know I already made a post about the music in this game, but gently caress, this game has some of the best interstitial tracks ever. Stardew Valley is the only game I can think of that rivals it for the stuff that plays while you're just wandering around doin' stuff. Edit: oh, and Deadly Premonition too, but I didn't actually play that. Only watched the Endurance Runs.

Honestly, of all the Persona games, I like the Q and Q2 soundtracks the most because not only do they contain all the best tracks from 3/4/5 remixed, they also have a poo poo ton of banger originals which use all the artists together. Road Less Taken and Pull the Trigger slap so loving hard.

That reminds me. I know the Q games basically canonize the FeMC route of P3P as a split timeline that never should have actually existed (or something like that) but I always had a theory that her and Minato were twins and the sibling that died with their family on the bridge when Nyx first landed was the one of them that wasn’t in the route. Did they ever connect that? Or was there just no relation?

That's a popular fan theory supported by literally nothing. There was no mention of any sibling that died on the bridge with Makoto's parents, there's no indication at any point he's not an only child never mind a twin. I don't know where it first came from, but there's nothing in the games to point to it at all. There's a visual thing in one of the anime movies that implies he may have (had) a younger brother but that's the closest.
