Our Bishop does this every single night when we go to bed, but with the crotch of the thumb instead of a finger. Oddly enough, Bishop looks a lot like this cat. There's even a facebook group called "Cats that look like this" that we're in and it still is incredibly bizarre to me that it exists. Anyway, here's Bishop:

This is the first time it's ever happened successfully in the US. No one had any idea this was coming until it happened but the elephant team managed to get everything together to keep them both alive. They are so unbelievably cute.
