i guess it's like, rogue one is better than the rest of the new star wars movies, but it's not like it's *good*, but andor actually is good, and exists above the entire rest of star wars save for maybe a handful of EU/non-main stories that have been made in various media since like, ESB lol it's really that good, but it is largely because it absolutely does not need star wars.

I think that's part of why I liked it so much, it was a nice change of pace in the franchise. And even reshot/cut to hell it's leagues better than the sequel trilogy, like c'mon
