much like with making bandera the father of the nation when they really didn't have to, specifically choosing to use the symbol that looks like an off-brand swastika doesn't seem like it's just meant as some harmless cultural heritage thingy

I doubt the patch was produced innocently but my position is that in the absence of any other evidence, for which I looked, that the woman in question wearing one might not be a nazi and may have been given it. It may have been a unit patch. It may have been because she is a Nazi though. IDK. I'll drop it however.

I thought the kolovrat was used more by the Russian reactionaries than the Ukrainian ones? The kolovrat harkens back to Slavic paganism, while the runes and black suns are for the Norse enthusiasts of Azov and their ilk.

Lenin spent 30 years of his life planning and working towards that very moment it’s because he was ready and had all his pieces set that he managed to take power so fast, he knew what to do and who he was up against and acted accordingly. he was also a gigantic poster and out argued everyone he met

I would highly recommend reading or listening to China Mievilles book ‘ Red October’ it’s the most interesting book about arguments and meetings you’ll ever read.
