By popular demand posted:A frozen custard sounds good, even if I have no idea how it differs from ice cream. It's very dense and smooth and it's almost always plain vanilla (some places also make chocolate). It's usually sold at outdoor stands with big covered patios and limited seating. They have tons of different sauces and toppings and you can get them as sundaes or "concretes" which is just a sundae blended up. It gets extruded out of a machine like this:

my homie got an cuisinart ice-cream maker and did some vanilla custard ice-cream and it was goddamn amazing. 10/10 would add eggs to ice-cream again.

I’ve heard it all called “ice cream,” with a distinction between “French style” (with eggs) and “Philadelphia style” (without eggs). I make a lot of ice cream myself, and tend to prefer French/custard recipes, as eggless ones generally tend to get much harder/be a bit icier when frozen, and the yolks keep things smoother. Good on airport machine guy for following his dream.

It's actually fine if there's plenty of side clearance and you spin it over a few times so the kid can't fall out. Probably the safest way to transport a baby

A+ would recommend oh i did this right at the end of gradeschool. friend of mine just threw his egg into a big container of hair gel which exploded egg and all fantastically. meanwhile I carefully constructed a "flight suit" and harness made of cloth and rubber bands so that the egg was suspended inside of a protective cardboard box and I had to use a boxcutter to carefully cut my egg out of its suit to determine that it did not in fact crack. that egg probably could have survived hundreds of drops, it felt like i really over-engineered that one, which is ironic because i was the lazy student and my friend wasn't

For those not familiar, the custard style needs to be very carefully cooked, then cooled before being put in the ice cream machine. The eggless style ingredients can be placed in an ice cream machine directly without cooking.
