When I said, "drag down to the mat" this is more or less what I was talking about, to slowing drag the entire nation down until it is unlivable, and eventually that will have an effect on its military.

The CEO is basically saying "if you can leave for a few months it would help the grid, but there's no emergency where it's necessary to leave."
