It’ll be like MySpace. Twitter will exist until someone offers a more attractive alternative. I don’t think Mastodon is the answer without a massive redesign but you’d be crazy to think that there aren’t a ton of people out there right now trying to figure out what the next big thing will be.

I don’t think Mastodon can replace Twitter, but I do think more people will just spend more time on existing big platforms like Insta, TikTok, Twitch, Discord, Reddit, etc
