I'd say that sounds more like a burner, but there are plenty of people who live hedonistic home lifestyles without being music festival assholes. To me, a 'wook' is specifically the kind of extremely transient creature whose very severe addictions are only sated by taking advantage of the hospitality of strangers, whose hedonism has long ago turned into complete disregard for health and hygiene, and who sometimes but not always cloaks their sociopathy and substance problems in bullshit spiritualism. Certainly many who are burners and festival hippies in general would be wooks if they had less self-control and weren't mostly overpaid computer touchers or trust fund kids. That bottom right one does look like it could be straight out of a Paper Mario game, so it got it kinda right in the wrong way. And the top right one looks like it could be a character from some obscure Dreamcast RPG that was never released outside of Japan.
