Because fandom Twitter is uber toxic. I only know about this because I went looking for why my new favorite writer stopped posting about her RimWorld shenanigans. Yes, knowing about this series of events does make me feel like going outside and putting toes in grass. Btw, since there was 40k talk here; if you like 40k, do yourself a favor and go get a copy of Gideon the Ninth. It's not the same and not trying to be but there's undeniable commonality and it's a good, new series.
