Weezer lived in Hawaii for the last 4 years of his life.

This is so perfect. Birds are so incredibly nosy and interested in every little detail of their friends, and dogs are not mad fond of having their tongues nibbled. They are clearly good friends, but it is in spite of their big differences. I've spent many years living with a parrot and multiple dogs, and its always a crazy learning curve for the dogs to find out that the bird is not an entirely benign force, and by benign, I mean from the point of view of a dog. She's really sweet and kind, but she does have a beak and she does like to use it.
