If you want to know more about what those figures mean then Criminology a very short introduction by Tim Newburn is a couple hundred pages of super packed in information, he does have to both sides a bit but does it sarcastically and throws in some quotes from communists.

I feel I hardly ever see Nordvpn commercials anymore. But the articles I read on the subject pointed them out as one of the ones who actually did what they claim. IIRC ExpressVPN wasn't that secure.
