I've read people say poo poo ITT like "narcissists don't commit suicide" as though that's some kind of opinion that's generally held by psychologists. People don't pretend to know poo poo about heart disease or spout some cheap factoid they heard on TV when they hear someone has an irregular heartbeat.

I went to a friendsgiving like 10 years ago and this really cute girl and I were talking and I noticed her phone case was just a picture of Kanye. I thought he was an ok musician at the time so I thought she just liked his music or whatever. I jokingly pointed out the case and it's like her eyes glazed over and she sincerely, seriously started going on about how he was a genius and how he was so much more than a musician, etc. Anyway, that was my first experience with real life cultist types and I gotta say, it's only gotten worse since then.
