there's a memorial on the sidewalk outside parliament for some cop who got stabbed to death by the guy who drove a car into pedestrians on westminster bridge and tried to get into parliament. it's at ground level just alongside the giant wall/fence around the complex and looks 100% like a gravestone. I can't stop myself from joking "I can't believe they buried him right where he got stabbed" when tourists are in earshot
