I've been catching up on the many unread posts in the YOSPOS cat thread and the double whammy of both Refurb and Catface passing was not great.  As much as she sometimes interrupts my sleep I am going to miss Clover so much when she is gone

 i hate taking pictures and i'm pretty sure i hosed up some settings or something. is there a good taking pictures of pets app anyone can recommend?

It's true that I find using video easiest, especially when trying to take pictures of kittens, who follow Heisenberg's Uncertainty Principle in their own adorable fluffy way. Other than that, it's lighting and luck and lots of practice. You'll get a lot of not-so-great pictures and then one or two really great ones and it's all worth it.

I heard meowing in my apartment's courtyard, looked down and saw this chunky cow cat running around in the snow. I wasn't sure if he was a stray or not, so I got some wet food and brought it down to him. He was super friendly and was more interested in getting pets than the food, and at one point I think he was trying to climb my leg? Turned he was owned by a woman who also lives in the building, she brought him back in shortly after. I think his name was Toffee?
