You can play IE with just WH3, but all factions LLs are Grimgrog imitating that LL unless you own the faction, in which case you get the appropriate LL. High Elves but no warhammer 2? Grimgrog imitiating Allarielle. "Grimgrog da evahkween!" Empire but no Warhammer 1? Grimgrog imitating Karl Franz "Summun da Elektor kounts!"

On a related note, Slaanesh and Asian-coded characters being added to Warhammer with TW3 has led to some utterly depraved and uncool poo poo from the modding fringes. I shouldn't be surprised but it's shocking all the same, seeing these sick fucks get activated the moment they have an Asian lady as one of the main personas in a...grand strategy game. Weird how you only get the usual "nearly nude" mods in TW2 with the incest MILF elf but somehow the Asian lady gets a full package deal with the more hosed-up parts needing you to go to a third-party site for

Why you care about what people are modding into their singleplayer experience. 2. How you even found out about these. Like I just use the workshop but its not like it's covered in porn mods, at least not if you're not digging really deep (i certainly didn't dig into page 50 or whatever, but the first few don't show porn mods, i figured i'd check again before posting poo poo.)

I'm Asian so I find it kinda hosed to see freaks do that poo poo the moment they get access to a character that's coded to come from my part of the world, especially considering the history of Warhammer Fantasy as a eurocentric fiction. I hope that answers your first question. Second, in the early days of the modding scene for WH3, it was up there in the workshop. Kinda stuck out, for obvious reasons. And it was notable because it was also a sign of the modding backend of the game being a lot more flexible and advanced than in WH2, resulting in more benign and cooler stuff like that recent mod where the modder retrofitted the Daemon Prince system for a build-a-character Norscan -> Chaos Lord. I went on the page because I was wondering if it was just some pervy reskin mod, but no, it was concerningly complex. Modder even put the more messed up parts in a different website, and apparently you were meant to either ask around or just Know Things to find out where, probably because Steam wouldn't be happy with direct links. That's it, mainly. Maybe someone finds it weird I went digging, but if so...gently caress off? I got nothing to be sorry about, I'm not the one making this poo poo nor consuming it.

You don't have to be sorry but people are going to correct you and have a laugh if you're a bit weird about it. WH2 had horny mods. Slaanesh was always going to get modded to "fix" scary androgyny but the Dark Elves and their stripper battalions aren't a WH3 addition. Miao is horny fodder but I think there's just unfortunate overlap in nerds who want an Asian servant waifu and general horny, not that that's the primary motivation. Katarina gets the same treatment. Valkia too, I can confidently say without looking at the workshop. WH3 has a bigger mod scene and the default human condition is horny. And CA was horny since WH1 going by Vampire Counts. Anyway I've decided to join you because it's about time we demanded justice against Sexy Living Khalida modders.

Dunno about bigger but Warhammer 3 right off the bat has modding tools to add animations, maps, the entire asset editor etc with CA working out ways to make more stuff moddable. Warhammer 1 started off with the pfm file editor.

Hell, because of this conversation, I went and tried to hunt the mod in question down again. Turns out the modder removed it from Steam (breadcrumbs still in their other not-as-NSFW mods) but still has a "corrupted" mod for Katarina. Corrupted by Tzeentch, that is. Funny how that works out.
