My wife was watching all of the tonight shows for a year back in the 2010s. I would read posts in the morning, tell her the joke in the afternoon, and hear that daily show hack regurgitate whatever d&d take was happening at the time. Whenever she said "hey it's that thing you told me about" it made me feel like a wizard

Goons have gone out of their way to apologize to her on behalf of SA due to the rumor of her getting chased away by posters, which she found baffling and somewhat annoying. Could totally be wrong. I can't imagine actually "browsing Twitter" or making non-reply tweets myself.
