Zero Sievert has been making me want to play Tarkov again. Now that we are in wipe seasons, any guesses on what is added? Maybe streets? Maybe cult sniper boss on lighthouse?

Streets is in but it is only a couple blocks. Eventually they will make it bigger, in 3 more years.

I don't even care about Streets if they give me a source of non-poo poo 5.56mm ammo without having to do two thirds of the quests. Armour beyond dogshit class 4 for cash would be nice too, but the flea market is going to be in a death spiral until they secure their code and can start taking restrictions off.

CoD gun balance is still loving infuriating on a lizard brain level but the rest of the game mode is pretty great for "free". If they had a proper urban map for launch like Division 1 Dark Zone I'd already have become a Twitch personality.

It’s not hard to explain or quantify. Tarkov has the worst netcode of any modern shooter. I wanna wager its the Labs equivalent- even down to needing a special key!- that might be coming out tomorrow, but I fear they'll throw it into the main map as a new POI. Yeah DMZ is okay, fun for a few quick games. Has the positive of not taking 7 minutes to get into a raid or waiting fifteen minutes for your compulsive buddy to reorganize their inventory so they can fit in another poo poo AK. I didn't even know squads could merge until I ended up in a six man. We tooled around, did a cell phone mission, and ended up grabbing the skin box. Queue all six of us in one of the armored trucks rolling up on an evac guarded by a solo player. We all pop out and proceed to firing line this poor bastard into atoms. Hilarious.

I am already hyped for wipe, and that trailer makes it look like streets will be a laugh. New guns cool. Spotted a RSH-12 .50 revolver- I enjoyed the .357 last wipe so excited to get my hands on that. Also, lighthouse

i last played like 1.5 years ago, has this game done anything in regards to how long queue times were? I don't have much time to spend just waiting in a queue like beyond 3-4 minutes, and I hated how this game didn't even let you do like inventory management or anything useful while just waiting. It just sucked how rng it sometimes felt like I genuinely never knew if I'd be waiting for just a minute or upwards of 10-20 minutes, that was honestly the worst feeling. Has the game done anything to address this recently?

Other than when the servers on on fire at the beginning of wipe I rarely wait more than 2-3 minutes so I guess it really depends

Don't forget the only ways to extract is to either have 100k rubles on your person to pay for the escort out, or dump your vest and backpack so you can fit through a sewer hatch in the very middle of the map, which is guarded by a boss. Oh yeah, and it's only accessible between 2-3am when it's raining.

No way they would do that pre-wipe so it is gonna happen 29th at the absolute latest unless something has gone wrong and caused a delay.
