This seems like bullshit. At $25k a Shaheed thats a Su-35 for $1.8 million. A cursory google suggest a Su-35 costs $43 million, about $600,000 per Shaheed.

in WW2 they would have done just about anything for the glide bomb you tv into. you can do a lot with that. knock out a locomotive, a car or something else not moving at the time. like an electrical substation
