He sets the interest rates and does public meetings about them once a month stocks move like crazy when that man speaks. No one can tell you because Musk leveraged so much of Tesla on Twitter. The fun part is going to be finding out at what point and what happens when normal investors, board members, Musk, and bag holders sell or are forced to sell. Nothing like this has happened before.
