This match is now not happening because Starlight Kid is one of the people that has the non-COVID illness that has impacted a lot of people that were on that show - AZM is now in the opening match Rumble and they've replaced it was an all star mixed faction tag (Syuri/Mayu vs Utami/Maika) because they had limited options.

I'm all caught up on my usual wrestles for a change so I watched the Wave NYD show this afternoon. The top three matches were all fun, and if nothing else check out the main event of Hikaru Shida vs. Risa Sera which devolves into a suitcase-heavy hardcore match partway through. Main event entrances start around 1h55.

It's pretty much just a house show but nice for them to do anyways. The Edion Areana show on Feb 4 will be the first Stardom cheering show in over 3 years. Card so far is Giulia/Suzu for the Red Belt Not official for this show but very likely Saya/Momo for the White Belt Maihime vs Nanae/Yuu for the Tag belts Syuri/Konami vs Utami + another QQ member Some sort of roulette match that Mayu proposed where the winner gets a title shot of the belt of their choosing.

Just saw photos on Twitter from Suzu Suzuki's latest deathmatch Prominence, against Toshiyuki Sakuda. I won't link it because I realise lots of people don't enjoy Sakuda's "sticking things through cheeks" shtick, but boy oh boy did Suzu get involved in that. They also confirmed her next 2 opponents in the deathmatch series, Jun Kasai & Masashi Takeda. So they'll be cool.

I wonder if Club Venus picks up Waka after her whole "win or get kicked out" angle. It seems like the logical next step since Mina turned on CA too.
