Those sorts of unsolicited comments is one of the reasons I glammed ahead of schedule. The other was choosing a really annoying voice.

Has anyone playing a female avatar NOT received creepy /tells? I play a male Roe and proudly get friendly /tells about my glam and silly name only...which leads me to wonder, has anyone playing a male avatar gotten creepy /tells?

I also use Uldah almost exclusively of the three core cities though so I never spend much time at Limsa plaza.

I've gotten a couple of tells about my glam, but I feel like that's less because I play a bun and more because I was running around in Elemental Fending +1.

I've played either female Au Ra or Viera, and I've never received any. In WoW I played female Draenei and I think I got one spread across 13 years of playing on and off.

I got a few but they were all from one person who stopped (and I think blocked me) when I called him a weirdo

I could have been more clear but basically because my brain doesn't see my little guy as a sexual entity it's hard for me to read other characters as seeing him as one, so the thought just rarely crosses my mind. Like I never once saw Hades as being in love with the WoL despite this being such a common read - I don't think it's a Bad Ship or w/e, i just never picked up those vibes because it didn't occur to me that someone would see my character that way. Haurchefant was the same way, like I legit have no memories of thinking him horned up for my character and I think that's a part of it.

I think the only times I had that illusion shattered was Aymeric's dinner lol

Aymeric's dinner always makes me laugh in how blatant it is.

The Great Twist
The only remotely creepy tell I got was minutes after I started my first character on the demo. I was running around Limsa doing the starter quests when I got a message from someone saying they liked my name and we should start chatting and become friends. Little weird.

Bunch of other tells about glams or whatever but good stuff.

My partner had someone whisper her a few days ago saying she’d be happy under captivity.

Battle on the Big Bridge is probably the best tomestones per minute ratio, I suggest breaking it up with Literally Anything Else because doing that fight 20 times an hour probably destroys you

Also the scene in post-SB where you lose consciousness and wake up with him sitting next to the bed waiting for you. If there's any character the game wants to be more than just friends with the WoL, it's Ser Aymeric (and the catboy but he's almost cheating)

I run around in my DNC glam which is basically lingerie and have never gotten accosted, but then again I don't have emotes displayed in my main chat channel

I never got any on female Au Ra or Elezen, which is what made the harassment as a male Lala so disturbing. Maybe it was the Eorzean equivalent of Fleet Week and I was in some horny Twilight Zone, I didn't stick around for more data points. I do want to emphasize, though, how much accidentally picking a voice that made me flinch every time I fired my bow affected that timetable. I think it was at most two weeks before I used my second free Fantasia (clearing ARR and some returner reward), I'd been planning six months.

Hah, never got some as my dude lala, which would have been kinda weird, since mine kinda reminds me of my grandpa by accident.

In-universe it's Ul'dah which has the NPC dancing catgirls.

Quickest tomestones is battle on the big bridge with a full blue mage party if you can do that. Otherwise it's battle on the big bridge with a normal party taking substantially longer.

Me, I guess. A couple of glamour complements but that's it, and I did use Limsa as my hub city / market board until Endwalker. And even the glamour complements mostly came during dungeon runs, not Limsa. Maybe the obvious ERPers in the Limsa plaza draw all the aggro.
