Finnish street food is pretty western general fare but in here they show muikut, basically whole small fishes that are breaded and fried and something you can get at markets and fairs and the like. Well that's just smelt. We do that here in Wisconsin. I've fished them myself. They run up rivers from the lake in spring and you go out at night with a square dip net, throw it in the river and then shine a light on the spot it went in to attract then wait and hoist the net to pull them out. When you get as much as you want you set up a table in the garage and you and the family each get a scissors or kitchen shears and snip their heads off and then they get deep fried right there outside in the garage or whatever. So that's not too wild
