I decided to take on Middlemarch a couple years ago. It's 800 pages long, give or take. By about 20 pages in I was already really depressed that it was going to be over at some point.

When I read Saramago's All The Names I immediately started over upon finishing it.

I don't have a word, sorry. There's probably one in German.
