It had a good arc or two's worth left it could've wrapped up with, but just ended things quickly in a way that felt unearned and almost axed. It's a shame, because Rokudo is a great protagonist whose growth is earned and shows his work on the way there. The sizeable cast of characters around him are mostly fantastic too. It's worth a read, and possibly worth a watch if the adaptation is good, my only major complaint is it leaves some important stuff on the table unresolved, the rest of it's great. lol they made the entire fall season ineligible because they were embarrassed about JJK winning last year despite not being finished. unfortunately theyve chosen to make this change in a year where all the good shows came out in fall season
