i mean uncharted was a series primarily about nate and his story's over. even the side game was just a side game not meant to establish a new canonical branch same with last of us. these are games with very linear stories they can certainly come up with something new/different. perhaps a type of game that is not just walking/running/jumping in a straight line, but given that they started with Crash Bandicoot, i'm not sure if they're capable

I’ve been watching a stream of HiFi Rush since I can’t play just yet, and it seems sooooooo chatty. Just seems like the idea of “your gameplay creates music” would be so much more powerful if it went uninterrupted and felt more like a full song. I absolutely can’t wait to play this game, and I’ve been hoping for a game that combined rhythm and action like this for a long time, but the tone is kinda a strange choice imo.
