AEW Dynamite 2/1 MOTYC: Hangman Page vs Jon Moxley HM: Konosuke Takeshita vs Brian Cage HM: Jade Cargill vs Red Velvet MOTYC: Samoa Joe vs Darby Allin What a loving show. Thought the opener couldn't be topped but then the main event topped it with three really good matches in between and yet another rad as hell Jaded transition.

Between AAA, AEW, Dragon Gate, New Japan etc. there's no shortage of junior heavyweight style tag matches (even in the non-junior divisions). This one feels like a heavyweight style tag match in keeping with the 80s-90s AJPW stuff I was collecting tapes of way back when. By the time December comes around, this is something I'd want to remember and recommend people go back and see years from now. Also worth noting: the recap package before the match is set to the second G Gundam opening theme song "Trust You Forever" because AJPW likes to randomly use old anime theme songs for stuff which is a practice that rules.

I'm of the opinion that more people should watch at least the big All Japan matches, because despite having a fairly weak undercard (the rookies excepted, they rock) the main events consistently deliver. Watch the tag title match and if you enjoyed Miyaken to Takuya as a team you might also enjoy the match three weeks earlier where Takuya challenged Kento for the Triple Crownforkboy84 posted:MOTYC

Kitamura will be a star if he wants to be one, if that hunger for a bigger stage outweighs loyalty. He loving rules beating the ever loving hell out of Hanami here Main event is fun too, 60 Seconds vs THE RULE, and there's a Yusuke Kodama singles match for SG Bamboo to enjoy too.
