Seconding that Sentinel is a better overall figure that has the right parts to make an amazing regular Spider-Man, but Mafex is also very nice and has the right soft goods and accessories for a disheveled pizza-scarfing hobo Spidey. If you can swing it, I’d honestly recommend both, but if you specifically want the sloppy look it’s the Mafex.

My first NECA figure is a TMNT Adventures Slash, and he’s the one action figure I’ll probably leave in the package. A+ box art. Next I’m going for Usagi Yojimbo if I can find it at a reasonable price. Might go for Metalhead too.

I quit drinking when I started dating my wife, because she was starting recovery, and I figured I could support her because I never drank a whole lot anyway. She has had had a few relapses in the years we've been together, but she's going to hit four years on Tuesday, and I'm exceptionally proud of her. Amazon has the new MOTU Origins wave with Tung Lashor and orange Roboto. Again, these never showed up for preorder at BBTS. I don't know what their deal is. Maybe somebody there got duped by the rumor that the lines were being canceled. Ultimately it would be cheaper to buy these things from Amazon, but I like the security of preorders and the convenience of pile-of-loot, plus I prefer not to give ALL of my money to Bezos. Thanks for all the kind words everyone. It means a lot. In toy news, it looks like Target has the xmen retro wave in stock. Theyve shipped 3 of them to me so far today (all in seperate boxes for some reason).

Man I got real lucky. Went with some friends to my target this weekend, they had just stocked a full peg of recondo and even a tiger Duke. On another note, did anyone else's target go all in on blue marvel? Including two end caps i must have counted at least 25 in one store.
